煤矿入井人员唯一性检测装置设计

Design of uniqueness detection device for in-pit coal mine personnel

摘要: 针对现有唯一性检测装置功能单一,使出入井考勤存在管理漏洞的问题,设计了一种基于虹膜识别的唯一性检测装置。该装置集成了虹膜识别、标识卡检测、酒精检测、入井知识考试和人脸抓拍功能,根据设置的出入井考勤流程,实现对出入井人员的唯一性检测。文章详细介绍了装置的总体结构及工作原理,装置的考勤流程,最后通过在皖北煤电集团旗下多个煤矿实地测试表明,该装置识别速度快,能准确检测入井人员的违规行为,并能实时抓拍现场照片以供留底备查。

Abstract: Aim to the management leaks for the in-pit attendance has because of the single function of the existing uniqueness detection device, a uniqueness detection device based on iris recognition technology is designed in this paper. The device integrates iris recognition, identification card inspection, alcohol inspection, in-pit knowledge test and face capture. It can achieve the personnel uniqueness detection automatically according to the in-pit attendance process. Finally, the uniqueness detection device was tested in the coal mine field, the test results have shown that the device can complete the uniqueness identification quickly, accurately detect exceptional?cases about the personnel entering into the coal mine, and it can capture real-time scene photos as the evidence for the reference in the future.
